Every August Umpqua Bank gears up for their big “Summer Swarm” promotion. When designer Dardi Troen of Ditroen came up with the idea of gifting Umpqua’s custom blend coffee in a tin she asked think*plan*deliver to figure out how to accomplish it.
t*p*d sampled several sizes and shapes. A small cylinder was chosen, the design finalized, tins purchased and printed, coffee bags filled, custom sticker applied, lid placed, tins put in slotted corrugated shipping containers and shipped. The innovative gift packaging has been a very popular draw for new and existing customers during Umpqua’s “Summer Swarm” promotion.
